Two more automobile dealerships, with a single owner, are in the works off Southeast Mill Plain Boulevard in east Vancouver. They are the third and fourth that could be coming to an area that may soon become Clark County’s second auto mall.
The dealerships are proposed by Oregon-based Lithia Motors, which is one of Oregon’s largest companies.
