The state Patrol says a procession of law enforcement and emergency services personnel who worked with Radulescu will begin at 7:30 at the Kitsap Mall in Silverdale. It will travel through Port Orchard and meet with other law enforcement personnel staging at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. They'll join with the family procession from the funeral home in Lakewood and head to Kent.
