Man lying in road killed in Skagit County

SEDRO-WOOLLEY, Wash. (AP) -- The Washington State Patrol says a man lying in a road near Sedro-Woolley was run over and killed by a truck that left the scene.
Troopers believe the man, 56-year-old Roger Ballenger of Sedro-Woolley, was walking along the road Wednesday night and fell unconscious into the roadway before he was hit.
