New Seasons Market will host a gluten-free food fair at its Vancouver store next month.
The food fair is from 2 to 6 p.m. Feb. 10 at the Fisher’s Landing store, 2100 S.E. 164th Ave. The event is open to all ages and will include games, activities and snacks.
New Seasons’s certified nutritionists will present information on a variety of topics, including digestive health, feeding gluten-free kids and eating gluten-free on the go.
The fair will also include dishes prepared by the New Seasons deli. And local cookbook writer Laura Russell, author of Gluten Free Asian Kitchen, will be on hand.
