FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (AP) — Arizona coach Ken Whisenhunt says quarterback Kevin Kolb may miss the team’s late Tuesday afternoon workout with a bruised right thigh but will return to practice on Thursday.

Kolb was injured when he took a knee to the thigh late in practice on Monday.

Kolb will start Sunday’s Hall of Fame Game against New Orleans in Canton, Ohio, but remains in a fight with John Skelton for the starting job. The players may alternate starts until Whisenhunt decides who gets the job.
