Emergency responders responded Thursday, March 29, to a head-on collision at 147th Avenue and Fourth Plain Road in Vancouver, CRESA dispatchers said.
The two-car wreck happened around 2:27 p.m.
The driver in a southbound car on Ward Road apparently suffered a medical condition, said Capt. Scott Willis of the Vancouver Fire Department. She was transported to a hospital. The other driver did not have serious injuries, Willis said.
