The Port of Vancouver Board of Commissioners will meet to discuss the port’s 2013 budget during a half-day workshop, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday in the Gateway Conference Room at the port’s administrative office, 3103 N.W. Lower River Road.

The budget workshop is open to the public. However, no public comment will be taken during the workshop. The following day, Tuesday, the port’s three-member board will meet at 9:30 a.m. in the Commission Room, also at the port’s administrative office, to consider adoption of the preliminary budget.

Commissioners will take public input Tuesday and during their next regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 13. The port’s two-page preliminary budget is available at Port of Vancouver USA. The port’s board is expected to vote on the final 2013 budget at its Nov. 13 meeting, during which a formal public hearing will be held.
