‘Upscale resale’ set for Hazel Dell

Hazel Dell — Look for an early April opening of a new upscale clothing consignment boutique on Northeast Highway 99. B.divine is another outgrowth of the downtown Divine Consign furniture consignment store, which dedicates its revenues to local charities. The same will be true of b.divine, which will take donations of higher-end clothes, shoes and apparel and resell them — at deeply discounted prices — in an “upscale resale” setting. “This new store … will be a real gem for people who want to shop for trendy, high-quality clothing at extremely affordable prices,” said Linda Glover, executive director of the umbrella nonprofit Gifts for Our Community. Donations are already being accepted at Divine Consign, 904 Main St., and Design Showroom, 1115 Esther St. The new b.divine boutique will be at 1218 N.E. 88th St., where building improvements are now under way.
