Nominees for high school football player of the week, sponsored by Athletes Corner, for the week ending Oct. 4.

Voting will conclude at 8 p.m. Tuesday with results published in Wednesday’s Columbian. Voting will conclude at 8 p.m. Tuesday with results published in Wednesday’s Columbian.

CONNOR FULTON, LA CENTER: Fulton rushed for 164 yards on 22 carries and scored two touchdowns in the Wildcats’ win at White Salmon.

HAYDEN HUMPHREY, BATTLE GROUND: Humphrey caught nine passes for 144 yards and three touchdowns, kicked six PATs and intercepted a pass in the Tigers’ win over Evergreen.

JORDEN PAYNE, CAMAS: Payne played a solid all-around game against Skyview and scored twice in a three-minute stretch, once on a touchdown reception and once on a 55-yard interception return.

LEON SIOFELE, UNION: Siofele rushed for 285 yards on 23 carries and scored four touchdowns in the Titans’ win over Heritage.

JOSIAH TULLY, KING’S WAY CHRISTIAN: Tully caught seven passes for 215 yards and scored six touchdowns (one rushing), including the 18-yard reception for the game-winner in overtime against Wishkah Valley.
