The season came to an end for the Camas girls on Tuesday night against Tahoma.

Camas had an early 11-9 lead in the first quarter but a three-point barrage by Tehoma’s Kaelan Shamseldin put the behind by four.

Shamseldin would finish with 14 points to lead Tehoma.

Camas went cold in the second quarter which put them behind by 12 going into the second half.

They were able to lock in a little bit defensively and Tehoma wasn’t able to make a three in the second half.

Camas’ Brenna Khaw led all scorers with 18 points while Nikki Corbett scored 13 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in defeat.

Tehoma held Camas at arm’s length, even though Camas made a run to cut the deficit to four points in the fourth quarter. However, they were unable to generate enough offense and the difference at the three-point line was too much to overcome.

Camas finishes their season with 14-10 record.
