The Clark County Breastfeeding Coalition is hosting The Big Latch On this weekend.
The Big Latch On is at 10:30 a.m. Friday and Saturday in Esther Short Park at West Eighth and Columbia streets in downtown Vancouver.
The goal of the event is to promote, protect and support breast-feeding families by raising community awareness of its importance, according to organizers.
The event is held every August to celebrate World Breastfeeding Week.
