The Department of Social and Health Services will set up shop in Woodland on Thursday to connect with anyone looking for assistance with food, cash or child care.

From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. that day, the agency’s mobile community service office will be at the Woodland Community Services Center to answer questions. Anyone receiving help from the agency or interested in seeing what it has to offer is welcome to come.

Staff will also offer yearly reviews for existing cases and interviews for new food and cash assistance applicants. The services center is near Woodland Primary School at 736 Davidson Ave.

For more information, call the office’s contact center at 877-501-2233.
