Runaway Vancouver teen found safe

UPDATE: Lorenzo C. Gordon was found safe and reunited with his family.

Vancouver police are asking the public to help them find a runaway 13-year-old boy, who was reported missing Monday.

Lorenzo C. Gordon apparently left his house in the 700 block of Southeast 139th Avenue sometime during the night and was discovered missing by his family Monday morning.

After investigating, police determined that he was a runaway and is not considered an endangered, missing person.

According to Vancouver police, he as some developmental delays. He previously lived in the 3400 block of Northeast 66th Avenue and may try to go there.

He’s described as 5 feet 2 inches tall, 100 pounds, with brown eyes and short black hair. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and black shorts or pants.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call 911 or the police tip line at 360-487-7399.
