A missing 14-year-old girl from Vancouver was found and is safe, the Vancouver Police Department said Friday night.
Sierra Surgeon went missing Monday night after she was last seen near Bagley Community Park, 4607 Plomondon St.
The report that she was found came in just before 9 p.m. Friday.
