SCAPPOOSE, Ore. — One person has been found dead at a mobile home fire in Scappoose.
Firefighters arrived about 2 a.m. Tuesday and found the trailer smoking. The person was dead inside.
Firefighters told KOIN the person may have started the fire. The Columbia County sheriff’s office is investigating.
