A Vancouver massage therapist is expected to face more than a dozen new sex charges after additional alleged victims have come forward.

Valentin Delgado, 40, was arrested late last month on suspicion of three counts of indecent liberties based on allegations that he had unwanted sexual contact with three clients.

Delgado, who was out of custody on supervised release, did not appear for his arraignment and a felony arrest warrant was issued in Clark County Superior Court for suspicion of failing to appear and three counts of bail jump. He remains at large.

But upon his arrest, he will face at least 15 more charges of indecent liberties, according to the Vancouver Police Department.

The new charges stem from former massage clients who made a multitude of calls to the Vancouver police tip line following Delgado’s arrest on March 30, police said.

Clients allege inappropriate touching and conduct, some of which date back to 2013, according to Vancouver police.

Four additional callers alleged misconduct that occurred in Cowlitz County, Vancouver police said. That information has been referred to the Longview Police Department.

The Vancouver Police Department is working with the Washington State Department of Health on their investigation, with the goal of permanently suspending Delgado’s license in massage therapy, police said.

Other clients of Delgado who wish to make a report to police are asked to call 360-487-7399 and leave a message for Detective Carole Boswell, referencing case number V15-3284.
