Vancouver — Washington State University Extension next month will host a “Women in Agriculture Conference” focusing on marketing for farmers and their products.

The event will be held Saturday, Feb. 21, in 28 locations across four states simultaneously. Hosting participants locally will be the 78th Street Heritage Farm, 1919 N.E. 78th St. in Vancouver, home of the WSU Clark County Extension. The conference begins at 8:30 a.m.

The program’s lineup will include a Walla Walla farmer and a Seattle-based marketing expert. Attendees will participate mostly by video conference, though materials will also be available at each location.
