SEATTLE — A low-profile venture-capital firm in Seattle has raised $202.7 million to invest in growing enterprise software companies, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The firm, Tola Ventures, was founded in 2010, according to the website of Tola Capital, which shares an address with Tola Ventures.

Tola is run by two ex-Microsofties, Sheila Gulati and Stacey Giard, and focuses specifically on investing in enterprise software companies that are powered by data and cloud technologies. The venture-capital company seems to focus on midstage companies that have revenue of more than $15 million.

Tola’s portfolio includes product-intelligence company Indix and data-analysis company Space Curve.

Gulati worked at Microsoft for more than 10 years and served as the business lead of the Enterprise Application Platform team. Gulati declined to comment.
