Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Jay and Luce Gilberg and David Bristol have purchased Pebble Creek Village, an apartment complex, at 5313 N.E. 66th Ave., Vancouver. The purchase price was $3,900,000. Ruth Bennett of RB Bennett Enterprises represented the buyer, and Charlie Kleier and Garret Harper of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the seller.

Mill Plain Subs has leased 1,500 square feet at Mill Plain Town Center, 16320 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 101, Vancouver. Corine Nussmeier of Kidder Mathews represented the tenant.

Christopher and Anne Marie Oldham have purchased The Farrell Building, 305 N.E. Fourth Ave., Camas, from CamVest Development. Will Logan with Kimball Logan Real Estate represented the buyers, and Greg Goforth of Windermere Crest represented the seller.
