An Eagle Scout Court of Honor was held for Patrick R.B. Keller on Friday, May 29, at the Marshall House on Officers Row. A junior at Prairie High School, he also was recently promoted to the rank of chief master sergeant in the Prairie JROTC program. His Eagle project involved rehabilitating the Clark County Veterans War Memorial with a new 30-foot flag pole and new nighttime lighting system. The project included an archaeological dig in collaboration with the National Park Service and required permission from 26 Native American tribes. Patrick is the son of Patty and Richard Keller of Vancouver.
