A rush-hour accident partially blocked a major downtown intersection this morning.
The accident was reported at 8:22 a.m. at the intersection of East 15th and Main Streets. East 15th is the major entry point to downtown and the Port of Vancouver from Interstate 5.
Two of three lanes were temporarily blocked, and debris was scattered across the entire intersection.
No injuries were reported, but a black sedan suffered severe front-end damage.
Vancouver police are investigating.
