The Clark County Historical Museum’s ninth annual Women’s History Month program will feature the perspective of Jacqueline Keeler, a journalist and activist with Yankton Dakota Sioux and Navajo tribal links.

Keeler will present “My Life as a Cleveland Indian” at 2 p.m. March 28 at Pearson Air Museum, 1115 E. Fifth St.

The Portland-based Keeler is a founding member of Eradicating Offensive Native Mascotry. She will share her story of a tradition of women activists and what it means to be a Native American woman today.

Tickets are $15 for general admission and $12 for museum members. While it’s a women’s history program, men are welcome. Light refreshments will be served. Bracelets by SoulDyed will be on sale. Proceeds benefit the historical museum.

Some tickets will be available at the door, but reservations prior to March 24 are encouraged. Call 360-993-5679 or email info@cchmuseum.org.
