Two Woodland girls were hurt after their vehicle stuck another in a rear-end collision Wednesday morning on Interstate 205 north of Vancouver, according to the Washington State Patrol.

Justise K. Anderson, 16, was driving south on the interstate about 6 miles north of Vancouver when, at about 7:30 a.m., she allegedly drove into the rear of a second vehicle that had slowed for traffic, WSP said.

Both Anderson and a passenger, 16-year-old Tanisha L. Webb, were hurt and taken to Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center, according to state patrol. Webb was treated and released, according to the hospital, and Anderson’s condition was not available. The crash totaled Anderson’s 2007 Kia Rio four-door, the state patrol said.

The driver of the second vehicle —  Chad A. Holloway, 24, of Vancouver — was unhurt, and was able to drive his moderately damaged Ford F-350 from the scene, the state patrol said.

The state patrol said it cited Anderson for driving too fast for the conditions.
