Vancouver — Information sessions for ReBoot NW, a training program to help unemployed individuals get jobs in tech or manufacturing, are being held at the WorkSource center in Vancouver.

The first Reboot NW training classes begin in November. Those interested are encouraged to contact a career coach immediately and attend an information session as soon as possible.

Sessions in Vancouver are on Thursdays from 1 to 2:30 p.m., at WorkSource, 5411 E. Mill Plain Boulevard, Suite 15. For assistance, contact Jacob Miller at jamiller@esd.wa.gov or 360-735-5084.

To be considered for the program, an individual must be unemployed for at least 27 consecutive weeks or underemployed (unable to obtain a job with similar pay after a job loss) and have a high school diploma or GED.
