Week 7 prep football player of the week nominees

Weekly vote, sponsored by Athletes Corner, continues through Tuesday

Here are the nominees for The Columbian prep football player of the week, sponsored by Athletes Corner, for the week ending Oct. 17.

Players may win the honor once in a month and cannot be nominated in consecutive weeks.

Voting will continue until 8 p.m. Tuesday, with results announced in Wednesday’s edition of The Columbian.

JORDAN DEL MORAL, CAMAS: Del Moral rushed for 274 yards, 230 by halftime, and had 3 TDs in a win over Union.

CAMERON LOOS, HOCKINSON: Loos caught four passes for 121 yards and 3 TD and ran 44 yards for another TD on a hook-and-lateral play.

LIAM NABORS, KING’S WAY CHRISTIAN: Nabors passed for 367 yards and 6 TD and had a 17-yard TD run in a win over Fort.

MAX RANDLE, BATTLE GROUND: Randle caught two passes for 116 yards and a TD, and returned an interception 69 yards for a TD in a win over Evergreen.

TRISTAN THOMAS, WOODLAND: Thomas rushed for 160 yards and four TDs, and had four catches for 59 yards in a win over R.A. Long.
