Jack Graves, chief cultural officer of Burgerville, will lead the discussion Thursday when the Clark County Historical Museum holds September’s First Thursday event.

The presentation will start at 7 p.m. at the museum, 1511 Main St. in Vancouver.

In the town hall-style program, Graves will discuss how Burgerville not only has served up fast food throughout its history but has made sustainable business practices a significant part of the brand.

It also will be a chance to see the museum’s exhibit “Food for Thought: Clark County’s Food History.” It features artifacts, documents and images that illustrate the shifting landscape of food in this region.

Admission is $4 for adults, $3 for seniors, $2 for children under 18, and free with a museum membership. Doors will open at 5 p.m.

For information, call 360-993-5679; email info@cchmuseum.org; or go to www.cchmuseum.org.
