The Prep Proletariat might want to be a bit more dedicated in his offseason work conditioning.

He is not in midseason form yet.

After going 11-5 in Week 1, he went 11-6 last week, moving his season total to 22-11 or a .667 percentage.

Undaunted, the Prep Proletariat sees better days ahead.

“We all knew these opening weeks contain a lot of landmines,” the Prep Proletariat said. “I managed to step on a few. But this week starts league play in two leagues in the area. Now we get to pick games in which me and my team of spies, er I mean scouts, have actually seen both teams.”

So does that mean a 15-0 week of picks is coming?

“Well, that would sure be nice,” he said. “But here were at least four games this week that my team and I debated over. Four games we could have picked either team to win. But finally, I had to put my foot down and make a call. I stand by these picks.”

So which four games gave you trouble?

“All three 4A Greater St. Helens League games, plus Ridgefield-Washougal in the 2A GSHL,” the Prep Proletariat said. “I love distribution of wealth, but this appearance of possible football parity in Southwest Washington really gives me headaches.”

Here are this week’s games. Click on the link to see a preview of the game, and the Prep Proletariat’s picks.
