7 Evergreen schools providing free meals to kids 18 and younger

Evergreen Public Schools is offering free summer meals for those 18 and younger at seven elementary schools. Breakfast and lunch will be served Monday through Friday. No enrollment is necessary.

The summer food programs are paid for by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. A full list of summer meal locations in Washington is available by calling 888-436-9392 or visiting www.parenthelp123.org.

The Evergreen schools offering free meals are:

• Crestline Elementary School, 13003 S.E. Seventh St., Vancouver: breakfast from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m., and lunch from 11 a.m. to noon, from Aug. 15 to 19.

• Mill Plain Elementary School, 400 S.E. 164th Ave., Vancouver: breakfast from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m., and lunch from 11 a.m. to noon, from Aug. 15 to 19.

• Orchards Elementary School, 11405 N.E. 69th St., Orchards: breakfast from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. through Aug. 19, and lunch from 11 a.m. to noon from Aug. 15 to 19.

• Burton Elementary School, 14015 N.E. 28th St., Vancouver: breakfast from 9 to 10 a.m., lunch from 11 a.m. to noon, through Aug. 19.

• Marrion Elementary School, 10119 N.E. 14th St., Vancouver: breakfast from 9 to 10 a.m., and lunch from 11 a.m. to noon, from Monday to Aug. 19.

• Sifton Elementary School, 7301 N.E. 137th Ave., Orchards: breakfast from 9 to 10 a.m., and lunch from 11 a.m. to noon, through Aug. 19.

• Silver Star Elementary School, 10500 N.E. 86th St., Orchards area: breakfast from 9 to 10 a.m., and lunch from 11 a.m. to noon, through Aug. 19.
