Bennington — Members of the Camas-Washougal branch of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs wrapped more than 150 holiday gifts at The Quarry Senior Living on Dec. 7.
They wrapped the gifts for residents of the senior living center, who will give them to friends and family. Some residents have arthritis and are unable to wrap gifts themselves, or are unable to go out and buy their own wrapping paper.
In addition to wrapping gifts, club members handed out free Christmas cards and tree ornaments to the residents who were so pleased, they already invited the club back next year.
