Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Indicate Technologies, a communications company, has renewed its lease at Quad 205 Business Park. Garret Harper represented the landlord.

InTRUSTment Northwest has leased 1,675 square feet of office space at 500 W. Eighth St., Vancouver, from Clark County. Trevor Sosky of KW Commercial represented the tenant, and Terry Phillips and Cari Jones of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Payless Drug Pharmacy Group is relocating its pharmacy operation from Oregon and has leased 61,956 square feet at the Vancouver Tech campus, 18110 S.E. 34th St., Vancouver. Eric Fuller, KC Fuller, Adam Roselli and Paul Young of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and Chris Johnson and MaryKay West of Colliers International represented the tenant.

Spears Strong, operating a fitness center, has leased 2,225 square feet at the One Stop Shopping Center, 3517 S.E. Second St., Camas. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and Brian Norton of KW Commercial represented the tenant.

Vancouver Wax, doing business as European Wax Center, has leased 1,500 square feet of retail space at 11909 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is Aug. 1. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and George Macoubray of CRA NW represented the tenant.
