A developer has submitted plans for two three-story apartment buildings at 2713 E. Evergreen Blvd.
One of the buildings will feature a parking garage and retail on the ground floor with seven town home residences above, according to the planning application filed with the city of Vancouver on Friday by Tim Aldinger & Associates of Portland. The other building will have 20 apartment units. An existing home, built in 1932, will be removed to make room for the development.
