Here are the nominees for The Columbian spring sports prep athlete of the week, sponsored by Athletes Corner, for the week ending April 30.

Voting will continue until 8 p.m. Thursday, with results announced in Friday’s edition of The Columbian.

DENIS BARAIAC, HERITAGE BOYS TRACK AND FIELD: Baraiac won the 110 hurdles and placed second in the triple jump at the Dean Nice Invitational in Gresham, Ore.

ABBY ENGLAND, LA CENTER SOFTBALL: England struck out 21 and allowed one run in 12 innings and went 4 for 8 with a homer and four RBI.

KEVIN MISER, RIDGEFIELD BASEBALL: Miser went 5 for 10 with a double, home run and three RBI.

TIARRA RINGOLD, COLUMBIA RIVER GIRLS TRACK AND FIELD: Ringold won the long jump and triple jump at the Elden Kellar Invitational in Hillsboro, Ore.

DANNY WING, CAMAS BOYS SOCCER: Wing scored four goals in three league wins for the Papermakers.
