Prep highlights: Ridgefield volleyball tops Woodland

Madi Harter had 17 kills, 13 digs and three blocks as the Ridgefield volleyball team maintained its narrow lead on Columbia River in the 2A Greater St. Helens League.

The Spudders outlasted Woodland 25-21, 27-29, 25-22, 24-26, 15-9 on Tuesday to improve to 9-1 in league play, just ahead of the Chieftains at 8-1.

Bella Gama had 46 assists, 11 digs, four kills and four blocks for the Spudders. Sarena Bartley added 12 kills and 11 digs.

• Yu Chung Peng/Jacob Bruning, Union boys tennis, rallied to win the third doubles match in three sets for a 4-2 win over Camas that completed an undefeated dual-meet season for the Titans.

• Maddie Kemp, Camas girls soccer, scored four goals and had one assist in a 9-0 win over Heritage. All the Papermakers goals came in the first half.

• Maddie Goss, Union girls soccer, had two goals and one assist in a 4-0 win over Battle Ground.

• Hailey Grotte, La Center swimming, won the 100 freestyle (55.43 seconds) and 100 breaststroke (1:12.90) in a meet at Clark County YMCA.

• Andrea Finley, King’s Way Christian girls soccer, had three goals and one assists in a 7-0 win over Castle Rock

• Zoe McBride, Prairie volleyball, had 16 kills, 13 digs and 4 aces in a win over Hudson’s Bay.

• Brianna Clark, King’s Way Christian volleyball, had 24 assists, 5 kills and four aces in a win over Stevenson.

• Abby England, La Center volleyball, had 26 digs in a sweep of Columbia-White Salmon.

• Baylei Williams, Washougal volleyball, had 20 digs and 12 kills in a four-set win over R.A. Long.

• Elle Johnson, La Center girls soccer, scored two of the Wildcats four second-half goals in a 5-1 win over Stevenson.

• Riley McDonough, Seton Catholic soccer, had two goals and two assists in a 4-0 win over Columbia-White Salmon.

• Jennie Dollar, Prairie girls soccer, scored two goals in a 5-0 win over Fort Vancouver.

• Taryn Ries, Ridgefield girls soccer, had two goals and three assists in a 8-0 win over Woodland.
