Covington Middle School teacher named Microsoft expert

East Vancouver — Covington Middle School eighth-grade science teacher Erin Lark was named a Microsoft Innovative Educator expert. The program recognizes educators around the world who are using technology to help their peers and students learn better. Lark is one of 4,800-plus educators in the expert program worldwide. Experts graduate up from the educator program, and are instructors who work with Microsoft to lead innovation, advocate and share their thoughts about the effective use of technology in education with peers and policy makers. They also give insight to Microsoft on new products and tools for education.
