The Vancouver Police Department is asking the public to keep an eye out for two people wanted in separate theft cases from mid-September, and it’s circulating photos of the suspects.

In one case, from Sept. 20, officers responded to a theft report from the Vancouver Mall Sunglass Hut.

A woman reportedly stole a pair of expensive sunglasses from the store then was seen leaving the mall in a black Volvo.

Surveillance cameras captured an image of her.

In another theft case, officers are trying to match surveillance photos with a man suspected in a car prowl.

Vancouver police officers took a report Sept. 14 where someone stole multiple items, including a credit card, from a victim’s vehicle.

The victim also said multiple unauthorized charges were made using the card following the theft.

In the sunglasses theft, tipsters are asked to contact officer Aaron Yoder at aaron.yoder@cityofvancouver.us

Anyone with helpful information on the thefts from a vehicle is asked Simone McPoland, police service technician, at simone.mcpoland@cityofvancouver.us
