Two three-story apartment buildings could be built in the VanMall neighborhood, according to a pre-application filed with the city of Vancouver.
Called Haven Park Apartments, the buildings would both have 24 units and stand at 22,000 and 26,000 square feet, respectively. A garage and a storage structure would also be built.
MAJ Development of Vancouver would oversee the construction at 7508 N.E. 45th St., the filings show. Jeffrey T. Krueger is listed as the property owner, according to county records.
Portland-based firm Tiland-Schmidt Architects is attached to design the project.
