Washougal — The Camas-Washougal Rotary Club continued its yearly tradition of ensuring all third-graders in both cities have a personal dictionary. Rotary members were at Columbia River Gorge Elementary School and Cape Horn-Skye Elementary School recently to hand out dictionaries, each of which has a book plate inside the cover with a Rotary logo, the club’s four-way test and a place for students to write their names. The four-way test suggests students work to uphold the truth, strive to be fair, endeavor to build good will in their community and seek to benefit the greater good with their actions.
