• Shaun Slotterback and Kevin Hart of Washougal’s Columbia Precast Products have completed certifications for the Master Precaster designation. The program consists of 89 educational hours in studies surrounding production, quality, safety and technical knowledge for the manufacture of concrete products. Slotterback is plant manager for Columbia, and Hart is quality control manager.
• Clark College Foundation has hired Harold “Hal” Abrams as associate vice president of development operations. More recently, Abrams was fundraising consultant for Grenzeback Glier & Associates, and served as vice president for institutional advancement at Lewis & Clark College.
• The Fort Vancouver National Trust Board of Directors has added Tom Maginnis and Larry Smith as new members. Stacey Graham is the newly elected chairwoman, replacing outgoing chair Steve Horenstein.
Maginnis is an independent investor and principal of the Executive corps, LLC. He also served as staff counsel to Oregon Sen. Mark O. Hatfield.
