Bishops Cuts & Color, a Portland-based barbershop chain, is about to set up shop at the Mill Plain Town Center, its first location in Vancouver.

Its lease was announced by Gramor Development, the Tualatin, Ore.-based property owners who are also spearheading the development of The Waterfront Vancouver. Mill Plain Town Center, at the intersection of Southeast 164th Avenue and Southeast Mill Plain Boulevard, is anchored by Target.

Bishops was founded in Portland in 2001 and cuts hair for both men and women in nine states, according to Gramor representatives.
