The Falcons needed a big fourth quarter to fend off rally by the Thunder.
Mountain View fell behind 25-14 after one quarter, but Thunder rallied to take a 55-52 lead after three quarters.
But Prairie outscored the Thunder 21-7 in the final quarter to win.
Kameron Osborn led Prairie with 22, and Dante Heitschmidt added 15.
Mountain View freshman Kaden Horn led all scorers with 25 points, including six 3-pointers. Alex Bailey added 15.
