CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) — State police say a 31-year-old woman died in a head-on crash north of Adair Village.

Lt. Gregg Hastings says Adrianne Ollis of McMinnville was southbound on Highway 99W when her car crossed the center line and struck a pickup driven by Patrick Finnegan of Monmouth.

Ollis died at the scene and Finnegan was taken to a Corvallis hospital with injuries described as serious, but not life-threatening.

The highway was closed for about three hours Tuesday.
