Local film festival widens angle

The Columbian
Published:

Breven Angaelica Warren’s Clark County film festival is back for the third year. This time the event, which begins Wednesday and continues through Aug. 22, has moved from Washougal to downtown Vancouver. To reflect that shift, the name of the event has changed from the Washougal International Film Festival to the Columbia Gorge International Film Festival.
