Artists are needed for The Washougal Art and Music Festival on Aug. 10, in Reflection Plaza, 1703 Main St., Washougal. Festival organizers seek artists of all mediums, including painting, sculpture, ceramics, glass, textiles, jewelry and photography. The festival is open to both emerging and established artists. Applications will be accepted through May 6.
