Washougal Arts and Culture Alliance seeks artists to submit proposals for an art installation on the campanile in Reflection Plaza, 1703 Main St., Washougal.

The goal is to add inspiring public art to all four sides of the campanile. The artwork should reflect the history and culture of Washougal and capture the spirit of the city. Artists who work in a variety of mediums are invited to submit proposals by March 15. Applicants should include a waiver form (available at washougalarts.org), a brief description and color illustration of the proposed art installation with approximate dimensions, estimated budget and timeline. The project will be awarded May 15. For more details, email washougalarts@gmail.com.
