PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — The eastbound lanes of Interstate 84 between Baker City and La Grande in Eastern Oregon have been reopened after they were cleared of semitrailer trucks that crashed in ice and snow.
State officials say westbound traffic wasn’t affected.
