Central Arkansas beats Lyon College 81-67

CONWAY, Ark. (AP) — Imad Qahwash scored 21 points to lead Central Arkansas past Lyon College 81-67 on Tuesday night.

Carlos Dos Santos had 19 points and a game-high eight rebounds for the Bears (4-8). Mike Pouncy added 12 points and T.K. Smith 11 for Central Arkansas.

Slater Belew led Lyon College (6-5) with 20 points. Tyler Sergent had 17 points and Aaron Farris 12 for the NAIA Scots, who led only once in the game, at 12-11.

Central Arkansas led 40-28 at halftime and kept a double-digit lead for the last 17 minutes of the game.
