Collision slows traffic in Vancouver

A collision on 57th Avenue and Fourth Plain Boulevard is blocking traffic at about 1:45 p.m., according to emergency police scanners monitored at The Columbian.

The seriousness of the crash is unclear, but it was termed an “injury accident” by dispatchers. A backboard is being used on one of two patients.
