The following have applied to the Washington state Liquor Control Board:

Narinchai Juthaphan, for a license to sell beer and wine at Thai Little Home Restaurant, 3214 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver.

Rodney Adams, Theresa Adams and Christina Almsted, for a license to sell beer and wine at Lingonberries Market, 6300 N.E. 117th Ave., Suite B-5, Vancouver.

Allan Bridgford Gantes, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina, 1505 S.E. 164th Ave., Vancouver.
