Camas Public Library’s summer reading programs are up and running, but it’s not too late to join.

The programs for children, teens and adults began June 19 and run through Aug. 14. Participants can register any time before the program ends. More than 2,000 people have already registered.

Registration is available on the library’s website, http://www.ci.camas.wa.us/library, or at the library, 625 N.E. Fourth Ave.

Participants can win prizes based on how much they read. Children through sixth grade receive prizes after reading for five, 10 and 15 hours. Teens entering grades seven through 12 receive prizes after reading for 10 and 20 hours. The teen program also offers weekly raffle drawings.

The top 10 readers in both programs will receive a $10 gift certificate to Borders.
