COAST…COAST RANGE AND CASCADES. AMOUNTS IN THE INTERIOR VALLEYS
WILL LIKELY BE IN THE 0.5 TO NEAR 1 INCH RANGE.
THE HEAVY RAIN WILL ONCE AGAIN LEAD TO SHARP RISES ON RIVERS IN
SOUTHWEST WASHINGTON AND NORTHWEST OREGON LATE TONIGHT AND FRIDAY.
SOME SMALL STREAMS AND URBAN AREAS MAY EXPERIENCE LOCALIZED
FLOODING. BREEZY CONDITIONS ALONG THE COAST AND INLAND VALLEYS IS
ALSO EXPECTED AS THE FRONT MOVES IN EARLY FRIDAY. SNOW LEVELS
WILL BE ABOVE 7000 FEET FOR MOST OF THIS EVENT. THE HEAVY RAIN ON

AREA PEAKS.
